The Foundation´s management committee is run entirely by volunteers. Currently these are Paul van Weele (Chair), Rob Geilleit (secretary), Jo Wouterse (treasurer) and Boudewijn van Noppen (programming and public relations).

The Committee is kindly assisted by Ank van Weele who manages all bookings and sells the booked seats at the castle reception desk. She may be called (040 - 3685766) from 10 days prior to a concert.

On concert mornings (see Concert Information), the Committee is kindly assisted by a further number of volunteers as well, who serve coffee, tea and fruit juice during the interval. Volunteers also lend support in enhancing the atmosphere of the concert area. Amongst other things, they take responsibility for the flower arrangements. The fine period decor of the rooms is to a large extent the achievement of another voluntary foundation, the Friends of Geldrop Castle.
